Our bathing area
Our bathing area is set up for optimal comfort for the pets and the users.
We offer both Full Service baths and Self-Serve for clients that would rather do it themselves.
We use only the best shampoos and conditioners for your pets comfort. There is a high powered drier and we always have a Veterinary Technician onsite to help with any of the small problems like nail trims, anal gland expression and cleaning of the ears.
You can rest easy with your pet in our hands.
OUR PROCESS
What to expect when bringing your pet to us.
Step 1
Consultation
We want to know about your pet. This is where you can let us know of any concerns you may have. We listen!
STEP 2
Bath
Bath starts with a good rinse and shampoo. We always apply conditioner and if necessary conditioning spray.
STEP 3
Dry
Drying is done with care, we know that the drier can be scary and we make sure that your pet gets the breaks they need.
STEP 4
Style
Every pet will get a full brush out, with nails and feet pads trimmed. Carmen will make sure and listen to your wants and needs for your pet and make them feel beautiful.
STEP 5
After care
We will make sure and let you know if we notice anything of concern with your pet. We may also suggest special supplements to help your pets health or coat.
SAFETY FIRST
We ask that all clients bring updated vaccine records to their pets appointments and that each pet is on Heartworm/flea/tick prevention to prevent the passing of disease.
We want you and your pets to have the best experience, so letting us know about health conditions is important to us. If your pet has a sore hip we want to know so that we can be as gentle as possible.

Rolled out the red carpet

Zara (our Catahoula Leopard) has never been so pampered... her coat is so soft and so clean and they really rolled out the red carpet for their guests. - Winter has been rough, and we can't always keep our dogs as fresh as we like, but we take care to make your pet look their best! This is before bath and trim, He was alittle over grown.This is after, squeaky clean and full of pride. This little guy did have to go short due to matting. He is living his best life right now!
